Belpile undertook design and construction of the ground retention and foundation piling associated with the Inner City College development in Kitchener Park, Subiaco. The pile design and installation at this site had particular challenges in accommodating existing key utility assets which were as deep as 4.5m. Future allowance for servicing or rupture of these assets had to be considered. Over 200 No 600mm diameter CFA piles were installed with our 60t HR180 machine to depths of up to 15m.
